生產(chan)資料(liao)市(shi)場化(hua)以(yi)後(hou),加劇(ju)激烈的競(jing)爭(zheng),TILLQUIST變(bian)送(song)器(qi)真假優劣(lie)難辨,又因變送(song)器(qi)是(shi)邊緣學科,很多工程設(she)計人(ren)員對(dui)此較(jiao)陌(mo)生,有些(xie)廠家(jia)產(chan)品(pin)工(gong)業(ye)級(ji)別(bie)和(he)民(min)用商(shang)用級(ji)別(bie)指(zhi)標混淆(xiao)(工業(ye)級(ji)的價格是(shi)民(min)用商(shang)用級(ji)的2-3倍(bei))。
以常用的0.5級(ji)精(jing)度(du)的電(dian)流電(dian)壓(ya)變送(song)器(qi)為(wei)例,從(cong)以(yi)下方(fang)法(fa)著手來辨(bian)別(bie)真假優劣(lie):
1、基(ji)準要穩(wen),4mA是(shi)對(dui)應的輸入零位(wei)基(ji)準,基(ji)準不(bu)穩(wen),談何精(jing)度(du)線(xian)性(xing)度(du),冷開機3分(fen)鍾內4mA的零位(wei)漂移變化(hua)不超過(guo)4.000mA0.5%以內;(即3.98-4.02mA),負(fu)載250Ω上(shang)的壓(ya)降(jiang)為(wei)0.995-1.005V,國(guo)外IC芯(xin)片(pian)多用昂(ang)貴(gui)的能(neng)隙(xi)基(ji)準,溫漂系數(shu)每(mei)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)10ppm;
2、內電(dian)路(lu)總(zong)計(ji)消耗(hao)電(dian)流<4mA,加整(zheng)定(ding)後(hou)等於(yu)4.000mA,而(er)且(qie)有源(yuan)整(zheng)流濾(lv)波(bo)放(fang)大恒(heng)流電(dian)路(lu)不(bu)因(yin)原(yuan)邊(bian)輸入變化而(er)消耗(hao)電(dian)流也(ye)隨(sui)之變(bian)化(hua),國外IC心(xin)片(pian)采(cai)用恒(heng)流供(gong)電(dian);
3、當工作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)24.000V時,滿(man)量程20.000mA時(shi),滿(man)量程20.000mA的讀數(shu)不(bu)會因負(fu)載0-700Ω變化而變(bian)化(hua);變(bian)化(hua)不超過(guo)20.000mA0.5%以內;
4、當滿量程20.000mA時(shi),負(fu)載250Ω時, 變送(song)器(qi)(圖(tu)4)滿(man)量程20.000mA的讀數(shu)不(bu)會因工作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)15.000V-30.000V變化(hua)而變化(hua);變(bian)化(hua)不超過(guo)20.000mA0.5%以內;
5、當原(yuan)邊(bian)過(guo)載時,輸出(chu)電(dian)流不(bu)超過(guo)25.000mA+10%以內,否則(ze)PLC/DCS內供變(bian)送(song)器(qi)用的24V工作(zuo)電(dian)源(yuan)和(he)A/D輸(shu)入箝(qian)位(wei)電(dian)路(lu)因(yin)功耗(hao)過(guo)大而損壞(huai),另外變(bian)送(song)器(qi)內的射隨(sui)輸出(chu)亦因(yin)功耗(hao)過(guo)大而損壞(huai),無A/D輸入箝(qian)位(wei)電(dian)路(lu)的更(geng)遭(zao)殃;
6、當工作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)24V接反時不(bu)得(de)損壞(huai)變送(song)器(qi),必(bi)須有極(ji)性(xing)保(bao)護(hu);
7、當兩線(xian)之間(jian)因(yin)感應(ying)雷及(ji)感應(ying)浪湧電(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)24V時要箝(qian)位(wei),不得損壞(huai)變送(song)器(qi);壹般在兩(liang)線(xian)之間(jian)並(bing)聯(lian)1-2只(zhi)TVS瞬(shun)態保(bao)護(hu)二極(ji)管(guan)1.5KE可抑(yi)制每(mei)20秒(miao)間(jian)隔壹次的20毫秒(miao)脈寬(kuan)的正反脈沖的沖擊,瞬(shun)態(tai)承受沖(chong)擊功率1.5KW-3KW;
8、產(chan)品(pin)標示的線性(xing)度(du)0.5%是(shi)誤差(cha)還(hai)是(shi)相對(dui)誤差(cha),可(ke)以(yi)按以(yi)下(xia)方(fang)法(fa)來辨別(bie)方(fang)可(ke)壹目了(le)然:符合(he)下(xia)述指(zhi)標是(shi)真的線性(xing)度(du)0.5%;
9、原(yuan)邊(bian)輸入過(guo)載時必(bi)須限(xian)流: 變(bian)送(song)器(qi)(圖(tu)6)原(yuan)邊(bian)輸入過(guo)載大於(yu)125%時(shi)輸(shu)出(chu)過(guo)流限(xian)制25mA+10%(25.00-27.50mA)負(fu)載250Ω上(shang)的壓(ya)降(jiang)為(wei)6.250-6.875V;
10、感應(ying)浪湧電(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)24V時有無箝(qian)位(wei)的辨別(bie):在兩(liang)線(xian)輸(shu)出(chu)端口(kou)並(bing)壹個(ge)交(jiao)流50V指(zhi)針式(shi)表(biao)頭(tou),用交(jiao)流50V接兩(liang)根線(xian)去瞬間碰(peng)壹下兩(liang)線(xian)輸出(chu)端口(kou),看(kan)有無箝(qian)位(wei),箝(qian)位(wei)多少(shao)伏(fu)可壹目了(le)然啦;
11、有無極(ji)性(xing)保(bao)護(hu)的辨別(bie):用指(zhi)針式(shi)萬(wan)用表(biao)Ω乘10K檔(dang)正反測(ce)量兩線(xian)輸(shu)出(chu)端口(kou),總(zong)有壹次Ω阻(zu)值(zhi)無限(xian)大,就(jiu)有極(ji)性(xing)保(bao)護(hu);
12、有無極(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流長時(shi)間(jian)短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu):原(yuan)邊(bian)輸入100%時或(huo)過(guo)載大於(yu)125%-200%時(shi),將(jiang)負(fu)載250Ω短(duan)路(lu),測(ce)量短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)限(xian)制是(shi)否在25mA+10%;
13、工(gong)業(ye)級(ji)別(bie)和(he)民(min)用商(shang)用級(ji)別(bie)的辨別(bie):工(gong)業(ye)級(ji)別(bie)工(gong)作(zuo)溫度(du)範(fan)圍是(shi)-25度(du)到(dao)+70度(du),溫漂系數(shu)是(shi)每度(du)變(bian)化(hua)100ppm,即(ji)溫度(du)每(mei)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)1度(du),精(jing)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)為(wei)萬(wan)分(fen)之壹;民(min)用商(shang)用級(ji)別(bie)工(gong)作(zuo)溫度(du)範(fan)圍是(shi)0度(du)(或(huo)-10度(du))到(dao)+70度(du)(或(huo)+50度(du)),溫漂系數(shu)是(shi)每度(du)變(bian)化(hua)250ppm,即(ji)溫度(du)每(mei)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)1度(du),精(jing)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)為(wei)萬(wan)分(fen)之二點(dian)五(wu);電(dian)流電(dian)壓(ya)變送(song)器(qi)的溫漂系數(shu)可(ke)以用恒(heng)溫箱或(huo)高低(di)溫箱來試(shi)驗驗證(zheng)較(jiao)繁(fan)瑣(suo)。
